Steps

  1. Download CircleCare on your iPhone or Android phone and tap "Get started" to create your account.
  2. Under "Who are you caring for?", choose "A parent", "My spouse / partner", "My child", "Myself" or "Someone else".
  3. Type their name or what you call them, like Mom or Grandpa. Adding a date of birth is optional.
  4. Tap "Create circle".

Were you invited by someone?

If a family member already set up a circle and invited you, do not create a new one. Open the invite link from your email instead, or tap "Have an invite code?". If an invitation is waiting for you, the "Create circle" screen shows a banner that says "You have 1 pending invitation". Tap "Review invitation" to join. See Join a circle you were invited to.

Good to know

  • One circle is for one person. If you care for both parents, see Care for more than one person.
  • Choosing "Myself" makes a circle for your own care. You are both the owner and the care recipient, and you can still invite family to help.
  • After your first circle, the app may show the Premium plans once. You can tap "Continue with free plan" and keep using CircleCare for free.
  • You can also create a circle on a computer at my.circlecare.app: click "Create circle" on your list of circles. See Use CircleCare on a computer.

What to do next
