Go to my.circlecare.app in any web browser and sign in with the same account you use on your phone. You see the same circles and information. Reminders and alerts only arrive on the phone app.

Use CircleCare on a computer

Step 1 of 4: Go to my.circlecare.app. Open a web browser on your computer. Type my.circlecare.app. The sign-in page opens.

Step 2 of 4: Sign in with your phone account. Same email, Google or Apple account as in the app. Type your email. Then your password. Click Sign in. You are signed in.

Step 3 of 4: Open your circle. With one circle, it opens right away. Click the circle name at the top. Click All circles. All your circles are here. Click one to open it.

Step 4 of 4: Move around with the side menu. Every section is one click away. Calendar. Medications. Tasks. Notes. Scroll for Vitals, Members and more. Members: invite family from here.

Steps

  1. Open a web browser on your computer and go to my.circlecare.app.
  2. Sign in with the same email, Google or Apple account you use in the phone app.
  3. Your circle opens. If you have more than one, choose it from your list of circles. To get back to that list later, click the circle's name at the top and choose "All circles".
  4. Use the menu on the side to move between Calendar, Medications, Tasks, Notes, Vitals, Documents, Members and more.

What you can do on a computer

Most everyday things: see the calendar, add and edit medications, appointments and tasks, mark doses, write notes, log vitals, upload documents, keep emergency info, invite family from "Members", and manage your notification settings and subscription from "Profile". Anything you change shows up on everyone's phones too.

What needs the phone app

  • Reminders and alerts. CircleCare sends them as push notifications to the iPhone and Android app. The website does not deliver reminders. If you want reminders, install the app and turn on notifications. See Not getting notifications.
  • Adding by voice is only in the phone app.
  • Importing appointments from your phone's calendar is only in the phone app.
  • Face ID or fingerprint sign-in is a phone feature.

Good to know

  • Invited family members can join from a browser without installing anything. They still need a free account.
  • To switch between circles on the website, click the circle's name at the top, then "All circles".
