Is there a free plan?
Yes. CircleCare is free to start — one care circle, you plus one caregiver, and medication and appointment tracking, for as long as you want. Upgrade to premium only when you need more circles, unlimited family members, or the AI assistant.
How does the free trial work?
The annual premium plan includes a 1-week free trial with full access to all features. Cancel anytime before your trial ends and you won't be charged. The monthly premium plan doesn't include a trial, but you can start on the free plan and cancel the paid plan anytime.
Does everyone in my family need to pay?
No. Invited members always use CircleCare free, on both the free and premium plans. Only the person who upgrades the circle to premium is billed.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Both premium plans include the same features — unlimited family members, 1 GB of documents per circle, the AI assistant, and up to 5 circles. The annual plan costs less than paying monthly, and includes a 1-week free trial for eligible store accounts. Prices are set for each country, in your local currency, and shown in the app before you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your premium subscription at any time, including during a free trial.
