Good to know

  • Who gets the reminder. Dose reminders go to the care recipient. If the circle owner has chosen someone to handle medication reminders for them, that person gets them instead. See How reminders and missed-dose alerts work.
  • More details holds refills, pharmacy, prescriber and instructions. Turn on Track refills to be told when the bottle is running low.
  • Add a photo of the bottle so everyone can confirm the right pill.
  • Times are in the care recipient's time zone. If you live somewhere else, the form shows both your time and theirs.
  • If today's time has already passed, the medication starts with its next scheduled dose. Nothing is recorded for today.
  • Add by voice. On supported phones, Premium circles can tap Add by voice and say the medication. The form fills in, and nothing is saved until you check it and confirm.

On a computer

On my.circlecare.app, open Medications and choose Add medication. The form has the same fields. Reminders are push notifications, so they only arrive on phones with the CircleCare app installed.

Limits

  • The free plan has no limit on how many medications or reminders you add.
  • CircleCare is a tool, not a doctor. It does not check for drug interactions or give dosing advice.
