The annual plan costs less than paying monthly and includes a 1-week free trial for eligible store accounts. Only the person who creates the circle pays; everyone they invite joins free. Cancel anytime.

CircleCare is available on iPhone, Android, and the web at my.circlecare.app, and the same account works on all three. People you invite can join from any web browser without installing anything (a free account is required).

A care circle is a private group in CircleCare for coordinating care for one person, like a parent or grandparent. Family members and other caregivers join the circle to share updates, track medications, and keep appointments in one place. Only people invited to the circle can see its information.

In CircleCare, the Owner creates the circle and can invite members, manage settings, and delete the circle. Caregivers are family members who help coordinate care; they can view and update information. The Care recipient is the person being cared for; they receive medication reminders and can confirm when they've taken them.

Yes. You can be a member of multiple CircleCare circles. For example, you might be the owner of your mom's circle and a caregiver in your dad's circle created by a sibling.

When a dose is due, the reminder goes to the member the circle owner chose for "Medication reminders" (one setting for the whole circle). If none is set, it goes to the care recipient if they have an account, otherwise to the owner. If the dose isn't marked, that same person gets a follow-up after 15 minutes, the caregivers are alerted after 30 minutes, and everyone in the circle after 1 hour. View-only members get none of these. The dose stays "Not marked" until someone marks it Taken or Skipped.

After 1 hour with no confirmation, CircleCare notifies everyone in the circle. CircleCare never marks a dose missed by itself: the dose stays "Not marked" until someone marks it Taken or Skipped. The medication history shows patterns over time, including adherence rates and which doses weren't marked most often.

Yes. CircleCare supports medications taken daily, every other day, weekly on specific days, monthly, or on and off cycles. For medications taken only when needed (PRN), choose "As needed": there are no set times or reminders, and whoever gives a dose logs it so everyone in the circle can see when it was last given.

CircleCare delivers reminders and alerts as push notifications through the mobile app on iPhone and Android. The web app lets you manage notification preferences, but it does not deliver reminders, so install the mobile app and turn on notifications to receive them.

The daily update is free for everyone. At 7 PM in the care recipient's time zone, the Home screen in the mobile app shows a short summary of what the circle logged that day: doses, tasks, and notes. It stays until midnight. CircleCare also sends one evening push notification, only if something was logged that day, and it does not include any health details. You can turn it off under "Daily update & tips" in notification settings.

Yes, with Premium, in the mobile app. Say what you want to add, such as a medication, appointment, or task, and the form fills in. You check it before saving. Speech is turned into text on your phone, and your recording and the words you said are not sent to CircleCare. Voice add works in all 8 app languages, on supported iPhones and Android phones.

The app is available in English, Spanish (Latin American), French (France and Canada), German, Italian, and Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal). This website is in English and Spanish.

Yes. Quiet hours pause CircleCare notifications during the times you set, such as overnight from 10 PM to 7 AM, and you can choose which types of notifications you receive. Both settings are in Profile & settings.

Yes. CircleCare lets caregivers log blood pressure, heart rate, glucose, and weight readings for the person they care for, so the whole circle can see them over time. Temperature and blood oxygen are also available on the web app and in the newest version of the mobile app. Readings are entered manually; there is no Apple Health or device sync. Health vitals are included on every CircleCare plan, including the free plan.

Yes. CircleCare's free plan has no time limit and includes 1 care circle, you plus 1 caregiver, unlimited medications and reminders, appointments, health vitals, the activity feed, and 200 MB of documents. Being invited to someone else's circle is always free.

CircleCare Premium includes unlimited caregivers per circle, 1 GB of documents per circle, the AI assistant (called the Care Assistant in the app), adherence reports and calendar import, the weekly email digest, voice add, and up to 5 care circles. No. Being invited to someone's CircleCare circle is always free, and everyone can create one circle of their own on the free plan. Only the person who creates a circle ever pays, and only if they upgrade to Premium.

Everyone can create one care circle on CircleCare's free plan. Premium subscribers can create up to 5 circles, which helps families caring for more than one loved one.

Nothing is deleted. You choose one circle to keep with free access, and your other circles become read-only until you re-subscribe. On the circle you keep, the free plan's limit of two editing caregivers applies, so additional caregivers become view-only: they can still see everything but can't make changes. Re-subscribing to CircleCare Premium restores full access.

If you subscribed on the web, open your Profile in the web app at my.circlecare.app and choose Manage subscription to reach your billing portal, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. If you subscribed in the mobile app, cancel from your phone: Settings > Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store > Payments & subscriptions on Android. Either way you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and you never need to contact support to cancel.

In the CircleCare mobile app, go to Profile > Account > "Restore purchases". This is useful if you reinstall the app or switch phones. If you subscribed on the web, your subscription follows your account automatically.
