Delete Your Account

Warning: This action cannot be undone

Deleting your account permanently deletes:

• Your account and personal details
• Every care circle you own, including the medications, appointments, tasks, notes, vitals, documents, photos and emergency information in them. Everyone else in those circles loses access.

Circles you belong to but don't own aren't deleted; you're just removed from them. What you added to those circles, such as activity, notes, documents and photos, stays there, and your name on it is replaced with “Deleted User”.
