Steps
- Open Home, where today's doses are listed.
- Tap Take on the dose that was given, or Skip if it was not given.
- If you tapped by mistake, tap Undo while it shows.
- To see who marked it, tap View history, then History.
What each status means
- Taken: someone marked it as given.
- Skipped: someone marked it as not given. It shows in grey and counts against the adherence rate.
- Not marked: nobody marked the dose. CircleCare never decides on its own that a dose was missed. An unmarked dose stays Not marked until someone marks it.
Good to know
- From a reminder notification on your phone, you can also tap I took it or Skip.
- A dose that is past its time and not marked yet shows Overdue.
- Anyone in the circle can mark a dose, except people with view-only access.
- If two people mark the same dose, the app shows who marked it first, for example "Already marked taken by Ana at 8:05 AM." You can change the answer, and everyone sees the change in Activity.
- Older doses can be marked from the Meds tab or the calendar.
- Marked doses build the history. Open the Meds tab to see adherence, or share a care summary.
On a computer
