Free on iOS and Android.
Steps
- From your circle's Home, tap “Vitals”.
- Choose the type of reading at the top, such as “Blood pressure”.
- Tap the add button (+) at the top right.
- Enter the numbers. Change the date and time if the reading was earlier, and add notes if you like.

Vitals help the circle notice a trend before the next appointment.
What you can track
- Blood pressure (mmHg, systolic and diastolic)
- Heart rate (bpm)
- Glucose (mg/dL or mmol/L)
- Weight (lbs or kg)
The web companion and the newest version of the app also have Temperature and Blood oxygen. If you don't see them on your phone, update CircleCare.
How readings are shared
Every reading is visible to everyone in the circle, with the name of the person who logged it ("Logged by ..."). The screen shows the latest reading, the average, the lowest and highest, and a trend chart over a week, month, six months or year.
Members who can edit can add, change and delete readings. View-only members can see them.
Units
Choose your units in Profile, under Health units. Readings are converted, so you and your sister can each see your own units.
What vitals don't do
- Readings are entered by hand. CircleCare does not connect to Apple Health, Google Health Connect, blood pressure cuffs or glucose meters.
- CircleCare does not interpret readings or tell you what they mean. Talk to a doctor or nurse about any reading that worries you.
Share readings with a doctor
The adherence report (Premium) can include a summary of vitals for the period you pick. See Export your circle's data. The care summary PDF does not include vitals.
