Where tasks live

Open Care, then Tasks. Open shows what still needs doing and Completed shows the last 30 days. You can sort by Due date, Assignee or Created date.

Reminders

  • A task with a time can send reminders: at the time and earlier (24 hours, 1 hour, 30 or 15 minutes before).
  • The assigned person gets them. If the task is for Anyone, everyone in the circle who can edit does.
  • People are also told when a task is assigned to them.

Good to know

  • Completed tasks can't be edited, but you can still open them and add notes. Delete is the only way to remove one.
  • Changes to a repeating task apply to upcoming tasks. Completed and past ones stay as they were.
  • People with view-only access can see tasks but not add or complete them.
  • On the web, open Tasks.
