Why a task and not a medication
Adding a meal as a medication fills the medication list, the adherence numbers and the care summary with things that aren't medications. A doctor reading that summary would see "Lunch" next to real prescriptions. A repeating task reminds the same way and keeps medication records clean.
Who gets the reminder
- The person in Assigned to gets it.
- If you leave it on Anyone, everyone in the circle who can edit gets it.
- Reminders are push notifications on phones. The web app doesn't send them.
Good to know
- Tick the task off when it's done. The circle sees who did it.
- If you have quiet hours set, task reminders during those hours are not sent.
- To change the routine later, edit the task. Changes apply to upcoming tasks only.
