We built Circle Care because we've lived it
When our parents and grandparents started needing more help, we saw firsthand how caregiving responsibilities fall unevenly on families.
One sibling coordinates everything while others want to help but don't know how—or where to start. The group chats got overwhelming. The shared docs got ignored. And the mental load of being the "family coordinator" started to take its toll.
We tried everything: shared calendars, family group chats, task apps, even a shared Google Doc. Nothing worked. These tools weren't built for the unique challenges of sibling caregiving.
The realization
We realized that caregiving coordination isn't just about tasks—it's about visibility, fairness, and reducing the emotional burden on the person who's doing the most.
When siblings can see what's being done, they help more. When contributions are visible, resentment fades. When updates are automatic, the endless "what's happening?" texts stop.
What we built
Circle Care is the tool we wished we had: a simple way for families to share the caregiving load together, without the guilt trips or chaos.
It's purpose-built for sibling dynamics, with features like:
- Shared visibility: Everyone sees what needs to be done
- Contribution tracking: No more wondering who's doing what
- Automatic updates: Family stays informed without constant pinging
- Simple onboarding: Working in minutes, not hours
Our mission
We believe caregiving should be shared, not siloed. We believe families are stronger when they work together. And we believe technology should make hard things easier, not harder.
That's why we built Circle Care—and why we're committed to making it the best tool for families caring for aging parents.

What we believe
Families First
Every decision starts with what's best for families. No dark patterns, no manipulation.
Privacy Matters
Your family's data is private. We never sell it, and we never will.
Simple is Better
Caregiving is hard enough. Technology should make it easier, not add complexity.
